Shimeji is a highly customizable engine that allows you to easily create, import, or download your preferred Shimeji characters and overlay them on top of all your applications. Enjoy the company of your Shimeji buddy wherever you go! And if they ever become cumbersome, you can seamlessly continue using your other apps by enabling the pass-through or ceiling mode. With this app, you can even play with up to five Shimeji characters simultaneously!

What is a Shimeji?

Originally, Shimeji served as desktop buddies for computers. Artists would create and distribute complete image sets that could be plugged into the program, allowing the character to come to life, causing mischief, playfully interfering with user clicks, and overall being adorable.

Now, you can do the same on your Android device!
